Salmonella OUT BREAK!

Just like the out break of Spinach and E-Coli,another outbreak has gone wrong in the United States ...called Salmonella.A salmonella outbreak that sickened dozens of people in 19 states appears to be over, while investigators remain unsure how it began.Health officials believe the linked is from tomatoes or other fresh produce contaminated with the bacteria, but have been unable to pinpoint a specific product or source. There have been no deaths, but 171 people have fallen sick.

Imporatnce of Critical Reading

I believe Critical Reading goes hand and hand with pre-writing.Critical reading help you to understand what is written and it is very often that there will be feedback when needed.What I find quite helpful for reading is writing key points down.This helps me to write better and give a unique understanding when I need for discussion,papers,essay,test,etc.
This stategy helps me comprehend and take time to break it apart mentally.Also asking question and doing further resaerch is critcal and quitehelpful in analyzing whats written.

Proposal of Intestinal Worms

Well I think I might change my mind on my project proposal.It may even be on "Intestinal Worms "because I think it's something that many people don't here enough about.Fast food was told from the begginning,loudly and clearly, but intestinal worms is told in secret.Many people who continue their everyday living do not now whats living inside their gut. Yes, everyone has worms living in the intestines and this is were I come in an tell the class this scientific discovery.

I can't believe this. It's already known that fighting solves absolutely nothing.Plan and simple but only consequences.Do you think the punishemt was fair or not?

Why do male and female students carry their books differently?

Here's a question I sure many of my peers can answer.
My simple answer would be musculature.

The reason we carry it the way we carry it is the reason you were assigned it from sociology. Males are simple creatures. Their method of carry is simple; off to the side to enable response to any external threat.Society still firmly molds girls. Girls are ever so subtly persuaded to ascribe to an ideal of perfection that can never be attained in an imperfect world; this is one of the several checks that keep girls in line. Consequently, girls gain a self-conciousness... that cause them to carry their books ACROSS their body.

Another Blog

Here we go again..... Another blog. Although blogging can be fun.. there are times when everything thing feels BLAH. Today I read a few articles that could support my topic on Health awareness and found more interesting facts. I also pondered on how would I present this preseentation... and came up with activites ,such as surveys etc. But there is a chance that I might end up changing my mind onto a new topic. Something many people rarely hear. When I come up with a final proposal,the class and Professor Drew will know.

Death Toll Increases

India's dengue is caused by the bite of the female aedes aegypti mosquito, which breeds in clear stagnant water. It is marked by high fever, skin rashes and joint pain. A sharp drop in blood platelet counts can prove fatal.Hopefully it will continue to go down, although the capital is the worstplace infected.

Sources For Project Proposal

The two sources I plan to use for my proposal,which is The Health Awareness of Fast Foods Companies, is a book called "The Doctor's Heart Cure" by Al Sears,M.D.,two articles and another book about a mans fast food experiment on eating 31 days of McDonalds everyday. Believe me, the ending is terrible.

6 weeks old 2 day mommie!
A birthday gift for me?
A pair of big brown eyes,
Through oneday I will soon see.

Where are we going mommie
With the rain splashing down.
When it hits the side walk,
It makes a funny sound.

Bang thourgh the big white doors.
If they hurt you mommie,
Just run away and scream!
Help me mommie!
Their tearing me apart!

Their goes my big brown eyes.

My project propsal

There are more than 300,000 fast food resturants in the US.Why is it so popular? Well, maybe because it is fast,convienent and predictable American Lifestyle. Fastfood is often high in calories,sodium, fat and cholesterol.This doesn't mean fast food is bad, but it does mean you should fit fast food into a balanced,healthy diet. In this project, my proposal is to talk about the facts of fast food and how to remain a healthy, balanced diet.

GOOD GUY ~ GONE BAD

During and before senior year, everyone is expected to graduate together.You know, like on senior class trips together, finish all final exams together and even sign out all together. Unfortunately, one of my best friends was unable to graduate with us.He was an absolute genus, had a remarkable, unique character. If you heard of the name Jeff Yorston, you got it.Although I knew something suspicious was going on,I really couldn't put my finger on it. Most of the time he would skip or not even come to class. When he was in school, he didn't really pay attention, but yet he'd make staright A's. Although I knew he was cheating, I just want him and everyone else to know..." IT'S NOT WORTH IT!" Look, I miss you my friend and hopefully you'll think before you act the next time you get tempted.
